Any open teams unable to arrive by Friday must arrive by 09.00 Saturday or after 16.00 Saturday.

17.00 Cooks Meeting.

18.00 Champions meal in private suite. Invitational teams and selected guests only.

23.00 Quiet time. Until 07.00.

12.00 Chicken turn in.

12.30 Ribs turn in.

13.00 Pork turn in.

13.30 Brisket turn in.

16.00 Awards ceremony.

17.00 Cooks meeting Open contest.

23.00 Quiet time until 07.00.
